This policy applies solely to information collected through the Site for our current research phase. It may be updated if our services evolve.

Derivative Data: Information our servers (or the servers of our survey platform provider, GoHighLevel) automatically collect when you access the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, access times, and the pages you have viewed directly before and after accessing the Site.

Business Transfers: We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company (subject to confidentiality agreements).

Our survey data is stored on the GoHighLevel platform, and we rely on their security measures. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse. Any information disclosed online is vulnerable to interception and misuse by unauthorized parties.   

6. Data Retention
We will retain your identifiable information (including name, email, and associated survey responses, if provided) only for as long as necessary to fulfill the research and analysis purposes outlined in this policy. After this period, identifiable data will be deleted or fully anonymized in accordance with applicable laws and our internal policies.

You have certain rights regarding the personal information we hold about you:

Access, Correction, Deletion: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personally identifiable information (e.g., your email address and associated survey responses) by contacting us at the email address below. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal or operational requirements.
Opt-Out of Communications: If you have provided your email address and no longer wish to receive correspondence, emails, or other communications from us, you may opt-out by using the unsubscribe link provided in those emails or by contacting us at the email address below.   
Do Not Track: Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online Browse activities monitored and collected. We do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or mechanisms.   
8. Children's Privacy
This Site and survey are not intended for or directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect Personally Identifiable Information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personal information from a user under the age of 18, we will delete such information from our records. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 18, please contact us.   

9. International Transfers
Your information, including personal data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to the United States and process it there.
